BTL is Not Just for the 5 Core Subjects

EVEN THOUGH DBE3 is ending in October 2011 teachers, from both partner and non-partner schools, have not stopped using Better Teaching and Learning (BTL) in their schools. Initially, the BTL program was only given to teachers of the 5 core subjects, which are Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies. (60 clicks)

Students from both partner and non-partner schools attended the showcases. RESULTS OF MONITORING done in DBE3 partner schools in the last 3 years, from 2009 to 2011, showed a significant change in almost all indicators, especially if compared to schools that have never been involved in DBE3 programs. (39 clicks)

DELEGATES from 44 districts and 6 provinces met in Solo on 19 and 20 July 2011 to report the progress of the DBE3 program in their districts as well as their plans for future activities.
